            • Sliding collars and free holes system combination used in supporting end-plates that prevents any contact between tubes and end-plates and assures long life operation without leakages.

            • Dry Coolers have their own self supporting construction and do not require any extra accessories for installation on steel or concrete base.
            • Galvanized steel is used for casing. External surfaces are covered with polyester based electrostatically powder painting, which provides an excellent UV and corrosion protection. Standard color code is RAL 7044. Hot dip galvanized steel, magnelis or stainless steel can be used optionally.

              Adiabatic Cooling Systems

              • Adiabatic Cooling Pad System for Vertical – Type Dry Coolers and Condensers
              • Ecomesh Spraying System for V-Type Dry Coolers and Condensers
              • Water Spraying System – The Water Spraying System involves intermittent spraying of water from nozzles located at set intervals on a dense mesh material placed at the front of dry coolers and condensers, as required by the system. The benefits of the Ecomesh system include reduced operating costs, fast and efficient cooling, the elimination of health risks, reduced water consumption and the maintenance of heat transfer efficiency.
              • Adiabatic Cooling Pad System – Water flowing from the top along the cooling pad by means of a pump ensures the wetting of the pads. The dry, hot outside air is pre-cooled by passing through the wet cooling pads. This brings the air in contact with the wet cooling pads closer to the wet bulb temperature. The fins do not come into direct contact with water. Therefore, the life of the fins is longer than that of a direct spraying system. In addition, this prevents the fins from becoming contaminated. The system increases product efficiency while minimizing water consumption. The system is only activated when necessary, ensuring controlled operation. The pad application, which is used for vertical and V-type products, can be installed in with or without recirculation.
              • Ecomesh Spraying System – The system intermittently sprays water from nozzles located at set intervals on the mesh material placed at the front of dry coolers and condensers, providing the necessary amount of water. The benefits of the Ecomesh system are reduced operating costs, fast, efficient cooling, elimination of health risks, reduced water consumption and continuity of heat transfer efficiency.
